Hi Ronak, I'm afraid that is not also possible in the AdWords API. Currently, what the API has is the CustomerService.getCustomers() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/CustomerService#getcustomers> method which could return details of all the customers (that is, AdWords client accounts) directly accessible by the user authenticating the call. You may check this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview> for more information.
