You could refer this guide <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/query/overview#stats_query> to know how to get campaign metrics <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v0.common#google.ads.googleads.v0.common.Metrics> via GoogleAds API Beta. Change history is not yet available via GoogleAds API Beta.
