Hi Jeswinder, Currently, campaign goals are not supported through the AdWords API. However, you can still implement your marketing strategies through the API by using the Remarketing <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing>, Bidding <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/bidding> and/or Targeting <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/location-targeting>.
