Hi Oksana, Thank you for sharing the details. I edited your previous post to mask the client customer ID. This said, the Display Keyword Performance report includes all Display Network and YouTube Network statistics aggregated at the keyword level, one row per keyword. If other segment fields are used, you may get more than one row per keyword. In this case, the report query involves multiple segment fields which explains the increase in the impressions count. On the other hand, if you pull the data with the report query given below this will return the impressions for this criteria as 13,335.
SELECT CampaignId, CampaignName, Clicks, Conversions, Impressions, Cost, Criteria FROM DISPLAY_KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT DURING LAST_MONTH Hope this addressed your question.
