After Creating the Manager account, how do we get the developer token??? I don't see any documentation on this. the MCC seems to be more UI based management, but we are trying to access the adwords report through the API interface.
The API interface is asking for Client ID, Secret key, Refresh Token and the Developer Token. Where and how to get the Developer Token after we create the Manager Account, this is so convoluted..
