I'm experiencing some issues with the "OfflineCallConversionFeedService", all requests are retuning with the error "[OfflineCallConversionError.INVALID_CONVERSION_TYPE @ operations[0].operand]". The routine is implemented in the same way as described here: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/php/remarketing?hl=en-us#import-offline-call-conversions The "Conversion name" parameter, is correct and available in the account, also did a "get" request on the "ConversionTrackerService", and the conversion tracker is present there, with enabled status.
