Hi Akiko, My apologies as cross-demographic reports is not supported in the AdWords API reports. You could only use separate report for gender using Gender Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/gender-performance-report> and for age using the Age Range Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/age-range-performance-report>. Let me know if you have further clarifications.
