Hi Asma, Not all the changes in your campaign and adgroup can be retrieve via the CustomerSyncService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/CustomerSyncService>. However, this service will allow you to retrieve limited details of what is included in this objects AdGroupChangeData <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/CustomerSyncService.AdGroupChangeData> , CampaignChangeData <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201806/CustomerSyncService.CampaignChangeData>, etc. You may check this sample code <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/php/account-management#get-all-account-changes-during-the-past-24-hours> for reference.
