Hi Sean, The DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#QuotaCheckError.DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED> error means that you were making a call to production AdWords account using test access developer token. An unapproved developer token can only make calls against test AdWords accounts. Also, please check if you have filled out the second part <https://services.google.com/fb/forms/newtoken/> of the application form. If not, please fill it out. Once you submit that form, the AdWords API Compliance team will respond with an answer within a business day. Let me know if you have further questions.
