Hi, If the API calls are being made against an account which is cancelled, those calls will fail with the error as described in this blog post <https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/2018/03/changes-to-inactive-adwords-accounts.html>. If this is not the case, could you please share the SOAP logs of the failing API call along with the email Id of the user making this call?
