If you're looking to pull the Ad Extension Performance data through the API, you can use Placeholder Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-report> and Placeholder Feed Item Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report>. To identify your ad extensions, use the FeedItemId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report#feeditemid> column of the Placeholder Feed Item Report.
