Hi Dmitry, If you want to get started with Google Ads API Beta, you may fill up and submit this application form <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/signup-form> by using your existing AdWords account to get your developer token whitelisted. You'll get a confirmation through the contact email in your AdWords API Center. Once your developer token is whitelisted, you may start making a request to the Google Ads API. You may refer to this guide <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/start> to know more on the Google Ads API Beta.
