Hello Gary, I am afraid that the custom affinity audience is not yet supported in AdWords API services. In case you want to retrieve custom affinity audiences you can use CRITERIA_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/criteria-performance-report#criteriatype>.
