Hi Nicola, We had an issue which is now fixed. Are you still getting this error? If so, could you please share the SOAP request and response log for the "AuthenticationError.CLIENT_CUSTOMER_ID_IS_REQUIRED' error along with client customer id, so that I can troubleshoot the issue? You could use '*Reply Privately to author*' option while responding.
