Hi, I am afraid that it is not possible to get specific details from each account using the AdWords API. The CustomerSyncService.get() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CustomerSyncService#get> is closest service available to change history in the UI. If you need to get the historic values, you may have to store them in your application when you make an update.
