Hi David, You will be able to get the ad position using the averageposition <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#averageposition> field in the Ad Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report>. If this is not what you are looking for, could you please share a screenshot so that I can take a closer look.
