Hi Arnab, Regarding the Age Range and Gender entities, they are both at the criterion level and the reason why you can view their campaign and adgroup associations directly is because these criterion entities are created at either of campaign or adgroup levels using either the CampaignCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/CampaignCriterionService> or the AdGroupCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/AdGroupCriterionService> respectively.
As for ads or creatives, it is currently not supported via the AdWords API wherein you would be able to associate which of these criteria triggered the said ads. So going back to your concern, the answer is yes, there is currently no way and no workaround as of this moment to achieve this association.
