Hi JM, The "*RateExceededError.RATE_EXCEEDED Trigger: Basic Access Daily Reporting Quota*" error message that you are getting indicates that you may have downloaded more than the daily limit <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/ratesheet> for reports using a basic access level developerToken. This said, if you will be required to generate more than the daily limit on a regular basis, you may opt to upgrade to standard access <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/access-levels#standard_access> instead. Doing so will allow you to have unlimited report downloads and operations.
However, you may also keep in mind that regardless of access level, you may still encounter system limits.
