Can someone answer his second question here? While the removeAllStatus is `IN_PROGRESS` is it still possible to update the list? Or do one need to wait until this status has changed? To exemplify:
List contains: user1 user2 removeAll operand used user3 is added to the list while removeAllStatus is `IN_PROGRESS` when both uploadStatus and removeAllStatus changes to `SUCCESS` will the list be empty or will user3 be in the list?
