Hi, My apologies for the confusion. Upon further investigating, the Dynamic display ad feed is supported in the API. You may check this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/dynamic-remarketing> on how to create the Dynamic display ads and see this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders#custom> regarding the Dynamic display ad feed of placeholder type Custom.
