Additionally, could you confirm if you have followed the steps in this guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs#batch_job_flow> for successfully using the BatchJobService?
I would first recommend that you retry your request and see if the issue will persist. If it does, you can use the processingErrors <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/BatchJobService.BatchJob#processingErrors> and downloadUrl <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201802/BatchJobService.BatchJob#downloadurl> fields as discussed in this section <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs#download_the_batch_job_results_and_check_for_errors> in order to help you identify what went wrong during the operation.
