Let me know how to fetch data of "Extensions" Column using FeedService to get the extension name, what parameter from "Placeholder Feed Item Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports#placeholder-feed-item>" will be required in FeedService in order to get extension name.
