For ids like CityCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#citycriteriaid> , CountryCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#countrycriteriaid> , MetroCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#metrocriteriaid> , RegionCriteriaId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/geo-performance-report#regioncriteriaid>, etc., you can look up the corresponding name and other information using LocationCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/LocationCriterionService> or using geo targeting spreadsheet <https://fusiontables.google.com/DataSource?docid=1IYYsfUXLaXOXUk8mG0thJC3se1Y3gdl1bFiP3ONp#rows:id=1> .
