Hi Dima, Unfortunately, there is no attribute in AdWords API which would help identify whether an account is an Ad Grants <https://support.google.com/grants/answer/1689506?hl=en&ref_topic=3500132> account or not. However, you may want to post your question on the advertisers community forum <https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-AdWords/ct-p/Google_AdWords#> as the product experts there will be better equipped to answer your questions.
