Based on your need, you may use the Keywords Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report> to retrieve the values Impressions <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#impressions> , Ctr <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#ctr> and CpcBid <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/keywords-performance-report#cpcbid> for maxCPC. You may also check this reporting guides <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/reporting> and sample report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/php/reporting> in php for reference.
