Hi, I know that I can use BudgetService to create, modify and delete budgets for different levels in AdWords hierarchical structure. Hence, I can change budgets like the daily AdWords campaign budget at will for any account that I have authorization via AdWords API as long as I have a valid developer token. Do the owner of the account get notified about these actions or any extra authorization is needed, because it seems very risky to change these budgets at will due to the fact that I know some AdWords tools company profit some percent from those AdWords account users and they have the power to make those users spend more (by setting a higher budget) and give their company more money to use.
