Hi Vince, As of now, the QualityScore <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports#qualityscore> field is only supported in the report types listed in the link. Meaning, this information is only available at the criterion level. We currentlly have no information whether this too will be made available at the campaign and ad group levels.
