Hi Jon, AdWords Express information is currently not 100% supported via the AdWords API. You may refer to this recent blog <http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2017/11/changes-to-adwords-express-campaigns-in.html> post on how AdWords Express campaigns can be retrieved via the AdWords API. However, as for the AdWords Express campaign's extension settings, I'm afraid there is currently no way at the moment on how to filter those out using the method discussed in the blog.
