Hi Robert, It is possible that the sync between the AdWords and GMB is not complete which is causing the request to fail. If you are able to see the Feed and the Feed Items in the Business Data section you should be able to create the CustomerFeed. Can you try the creation of CustomerFeed section in the code sample by referencing the FeedId corresponding to the Feed in the business data section and see if that works? If not, could you *reply privately to author* and share your client customer id and the SOAP logs?
