The feedAttributeId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201705/FeedItemService.FeedItemAttributeValue#feedattributeid> represents the id for each attribute in the feed. The Feed Attribute ID <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/objects-methods#object_hierarchy_and_scope> is unique only within the scope of the feed. On the other hand, the Feed Mapping ID is globally unique and you will be able to retrieve this through the fieldId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/FeedMappingService.AttributeFieldMapping#fieldid>. You may refer to this placeholder table <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders#price> for the feed attribute mapping.
