Hi Balazs, You will have to set just the AdId and the status in the Ad object while modifying the status of an expanded text ad. Please check the PauseAd <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201710/BasicOperations/PauseAd.php#L49-L64> sample in PHP for reference.
