Hi George, Since video campaigns are currently not supported in the AdWords API's services, then adding CRMBasedUserList to a video campaign is also not supported. Attempting to add a CriterionUserList in a video campaign will result in a MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#OperationAccessDenied.MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT> error. You can only do this via the AdWords UI.
