Hi Kendan, As Matt explained, to apply bid adjustments to the age/gender, you can use AdGroupCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/AdGroupCriterionService> and set the bidModifier <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion#bidmodifier> attribute with the adjustment. The guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/bidding#bid_modifiers> on bid modifiers explains that in detail. Please give that a try and let us know if you face any issues.
