Hi Umesh, Yes, you may use any developer token to use the AdWords API's services and reports, however, please note that you will need to use the OAuth2 credentials <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication> specific to your account in order to manage information within your account. This being said, what you need are credentials that were generated using an email address which has access to your account.
