Hi Gregory, My apologies if I don't fully understand your concern. For this sentence "I have the app setup so that the user has to get their own adwords api and add it in the settings of the app.", could you confirm if you have an application currently that generates API credentials for the different users? I am confused with term "one api", do you mean the OAuth credentials for this term?
