As for the CONVERSION_PRECEDES_CLICK error, could you confirm if you have specified a valid timezone ID <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/codes-formats#timezone-ids> for your conversionTime <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/OfflineConversionFeedService.OfflineConversionFeed#conversiontime> field? You may also base it from your account's timezone. To check this, you may use the CustomerService.getCustomers() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CustomerService#getcustomers> to retrieve the DateTimeZone <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201710/CustomerService.Customer#datetimezone> of the said account. You may also refer to the validation and rules as discussed here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/conversion-tracking#validation_rules> to ensure successful conversion uploads.
