Hi, we have accounts where we cannot create labels because of a DUPLICATE_NAME error although there is no label with the given name. To be precise - there is no _enabled_ label with the given name. This error is reproducible both via API (v201705) and via Adwords UI.
We can provide multiple client customer ids for this scenario.
