Hi, If the Trial promotion failed, you need to check for asynchronous errors using TrialAsyncErrorService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/TrialAsyncErrorService>. You can then modify the trial and try promoting again. Could you try this out and let me know if it works? Please provide the SOAP request and response logs for TrialAsyncErrorService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/TrialAsyncErrorService> request as well so I can take a look.
