Hi Hans-Christian, For keywords, you may want to try using the SEARCH_QUERY_PERFORMANCE_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report> to see if that provides the search terms <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/search-query-performance-report#query> that triggered your ads. I don't have an example campaign and date range where I can try this out, but could you try it with your campaign and post back here if it proves helpful?
If you're also interested in placements, I recommend using the AUTOMATIC_PLACEMENTS_REPORT <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/automatic-placements-performance-report> .
