Hi, You can use the API to retrieve Shopping Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/shopping-performance-report>, which provides shopping campaign statistics aggregated at the product ( OfferId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/shopping-performance-report#offerid> field) level. You will only be able to get the products which has some stats to report as OfferId field doesn't support zero impressions. Also, it is not possible to get product details like image URLs, prices of the products from AdWords. You will have to get this information from your Merchant Center account. If you need code sample on reports, you can check DownloadCriteriaReportWithSelector <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201710/reporting/DownloadCriteriaReportWithSelector.java> for a sample in Java.
