Hello, i am creating offline conversions through my php server backend.
There is a issue which i cannot change. If the server sends an offline conversion with this example time : 20171027 070201 Etc/GMT => 2017/10/27 07:02:01 GTM + 0 it appears in the conversion summary one day behind at 2017/10/26. In the beginning offline testing data worked fine. but now alle gclid imports are dated one day in the past. Do you guys know about any time issues bugs or how to solve this issue? If i add one day to the event when the conversion get its trigger i get a FUTURE_CONVERSION_TIME error.
