Hi Thomas, I took a look at CID: 885-367-4573, due to it being a client account you won't be able to apply for API access. As discussed earlier, only Adwords Manage (MCC) Accounts can request API access. Unfortunately, Adwords don't allow you to change a client account to a manager account. I recommend you create a new MCC Account <https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/7459399?hl=en&ref_topic=7554904>, request API access, then link <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/accounts-overview#managedcustomerservice> all the accounts you wish to manage.
