Hi there, I see that the updated API (v201710) allows one to apply negative criterions at the Account Level.
Let us say that I have an account with some Display campaigns and some Video campaigns. If I apply the negative criteria to the account using the CustomerNegativeCriterionService, will they be applied to BOTH my display and video campaigns? I know that previously, I was unable to apply negative criteria to videos at all, but perhaps the account level service will allow for that now.
