Hi Hari, Currently for uploading audiences via customer match <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#customer_match_with_email_address>, email addresses must be associated to a Google account. As for targeting in GMail, only gmail addresses can be used as discussed in this section <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing#caveats> of the remarketing and audience targeting <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/remarketing> guide.
