Hi, AdWords API provides different conversion trackers for the different ways customers convert. This guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/conversion-tracking#types_of_conversion_trackers> describes the various types of conversion trackers and explains create conversion actions through the API. This link <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/remarketing#add-conversion-trackers> has sample code in Java which you can utilize to add your conversion tracker.
