Nimcy asks how to download all location and is recommended to use the Geotargets table at https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting However, the German city "Köln", for instance, is listed under its English name "cologne". Even places that don't have a dedicated English name are often spelled the wrong way due to the file being ASCII-only. That way, the list is basically not useful outside English-speaking countries.
