Hi Zweitze, I couldn't find a support article regarding this as well. If you log in to an AdWords client account and navigate to the *Settings* > *Locations* tab, you'll find the "*Total - other locations*" row in the UI report and if you hover over the question mark, you'll find more details on these statistics.
