The Google AdWords Account, which granted access to my application. As far as I understand, all operations are performed at the expense of an absolutely third-party Google AdWords Account. (ACCOUNT) Is it true that in this case, all transactions are performed at the expense of absolutely third-party Google AdWords Account? ACCOUNT level ? Yes or No ?
