Hi Oren, You could try using the Final Url Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/final-url-report> using which you can retrieve EffectiveFinalUrl <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/final-url-report#effectivefinalurl> and EffectiveTrackingUrlTemplate <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/final-url-report#effectivetrackingurltemplate> of the impressions. If you use AdGroup Performance Report, you'll only be able to retrieve the TrackingUrlTemplate defined at the AdGroup level.
