Hi Roger, Could you send over your clientCustomerId using the *Reply privately to author* option? Campaigns are associated with client accounts, not manager accounts. If the clientCustomerId is that of an AdWords Manager account, then the service will not return any results. Please note that Video Campaigns will not be returned by CampaignService.
